– The A3M terminal uses, depending on the model, proximity cards with 125Khz technology or MIFARE ® cards (MIFARE DESFire as an option when higher security is essential).
– The CardAccess3 software allows to quickly and easily load the list of users and privileges on the terminal.
– It is always possible to carry out a registration, change of privileges or cancellation of a card, directly at the terminal, with prior identification by means of the Master card.
– Permanent or punctual TCP / IP connection. The terminal has memory and autonomously records the day, time and card number for each transfer.
– Daily, weekly or monthly transfer data can be downloaded at any time to CardAccess3.
– It is possible to automatically open the entrance door from the terminal's relay output. A second relay output is available to trigger an alarm, for example, in the event of presentation of an unauthorized card.

Main functions of the time control and presence control program

– Import the employee database. Compatible Excel, Access, SQL.
– If there is no database, CardAccess3 helps you create it automatically when registering the cards.
– Definition of access privileges, time bands, profiles.
– Connection by TCP / IP (ethernet protocol) to the transfer terminal: it allows transferring the list of employees and authorizations.
– Download the transfers stored in the memory of the terminal.
– Export the data to the base for subsequent analysis and calculation of working times, attendance times, overtime, etc.
– Compatible with the MIFARE ® LGM9600T-T-0C, LGM9600-T / 2-2B card entry terminals, and 125Khz LP500T-T-0C and LP500-T / 2-2B proximity card.
